Here you will find all of our ongoing programs to help you look, feel, AND perform better. There are three different “levels” based on the program’s length, intensity, and challenge. They are all designed to work in conjunction with one another (level 1 –> level 3) or you may use them independently. Research has proven that your results are enhanced when you make changes to your eating habits AND your activity levels AT THE SAME TIME.
*ALL PROGRAMS ARE DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY VIA E-MAIL!
Level 1: Nutritional Education
This is information provided by the experts at Precision Nutrition. Below are links provided for both Men and Women as a way to “ease” you into making some nutritional changes. The info provided is FREE and ideal for any individual looking to “clean up” their eating habits. PN takes pride in providing a TON of information to make permanent changes in your life by providing you with science based knowledge versus fad based hocus pocus.
Level 2: 21 Day Detox
A kick start program that is more intense in terms of challenge. It is designed to “clean up” all the undesirables that are keeping you from getting to your health goals and the body you want. This is the perfect program to help you get back into the swing of things and we recommend doing it 3-4 times per year. You can think of this detox as a personal research “experiment” to find out if your body reacts negatively to specific foods. By removing certain items (as per the detox) for 21 days, then systematically reintroducing them one at a time, you may begin to unlock some answers that may lead you to the answers you have been looking for.
Level 3: My Lean University
Are you frustrated with trying to lose weight?
Are you annoyed by all the hyped-up infomercials making empty promises?
Are you fit-to-be-tied with the constant battle with your body?
If you answered “YES!” to any (or all) of these questions, then we’ve got something in common.
Dr. Cassandra Forsythe, Ph.D. is a weight loss expert and has worked with thousands of people just like you and me who struggle to lose weight and keep it off forever.
YES! Keeping my weight in check is something I have to work on everyday. I’m not one of the “lucky ones” who can eat whatever they want and never exercise, yet like that’s all they do. I can’t stand those people!
Over the last decade I’ve pretty much seen it all – every fad diet, every “secret formula”, and every weight loss trick that has come and gone…usually making millions of dollars for the charlatans promoting them, and leaving the consumers with yet another failed attempt at long-term weight loss… oh, and the saddest part is the consumer usually blames themselves for failing the program instead of the program failing them!
